Software Agreements

Instructions for software agreements

• The agreements and any applicable addendums must be completed by an authorized representative of the organization (company president, branch director, legal representative, etc.).
• All information except for signatures must be typed.
• Two (2) copies of each document must be completed by the organization.
• Mail both copies to RIT using the address on the documents.
• An RIT representative will sign both copies.
• One copy will be mailed back to your organization (using the address on the form) and one copy will be retained for RIT records.
