The prn2wth utility converts from the PRISM weather files used in MuSES to the WTH format used in DIRSIG. It supports both fixed and space-delimited PRISM files. Optionally, this tool can model direct and diffuse insolation for an arbitrary date, rather than deriving these insolations from the PRISM data.
