In the demo Water1, where are the bulk properties of the water assigned to the simulation?  I see the properties defined in waterdemo.mat as ID =500.  But when do they get assigned?  And what geometry are they assigned to?

Also the How do I change the BULK_MEDIUM from "= purewater" to "= jerlov coastal ocean type 1"?

Summary of emal correspondance:  The only base media that are available currently are of the simple variety:
a.	"null": no defined properties (vacuum)
b.	"air": same as null but with a nominally air-like refractive index
c.	"purewater": has hybrid smith-baker absorption coeffs, buiteveld scattering coeffs, rayleigh phase function, and refractive index defined using IAPWS
d.	"sbpurewater": is the same as purewater, but with full smith-baker absorption coeffs
e.	"pspurewater": is the same as purewater, but with prieur-sathy absorption coeffs
f.	The varieties of pure water were due to comparing with data that had slightly different underlying models. It would make sense to have some of the classic ocean types hard-coded in there, but we don't have that readily available right now.
